AGS will not agree easily without any sweet compensation from H/Q after costing fight for years. Problem is H/Q is private company and doesn't want the world knows now before they are ready. So, how can be they can go ahead together like private and public listed company for business. They are in opposite direction. One must let it go for this business. Who will be! I don't think H/Q. Most likely will be AGS with $$$ and say Good buy cheaters!! IMO, after mining least out, it might be another Ann will follow "Buy out" That is the only solution for H/Q they can keep their secretes in the dark forever. Anyhow, now is the Win/Win situation for our holders, remain 25% with mining go ahead or buy out.. SP will be heading to the North is for sure.. Good luck guys.
