    Go Nuke you will still be a share holder of WN's subsidery BRM.
    They still have to offer us company news.
    The shares will be valued by who ever wants to buy it of market.
    After offer closes, WN is free to buy remaining shares themself.
    What's the bet WN will inform us it's our last chance to accept or we will be locked in.
