I don't deal with Telstra other than Mobile, but recently I had to close all my Dads accounts. As I had legal papers I had to go into a telstra shop, it couldn't be done over the phone. They were great, very helpful and made everything easy. I can't ever remember being pleased with the service over the phone, I guess it's easier for them to piss you around when they aren't standing right in front of you.
