Seems to me that by agreeing to the Pager proposal the shareholders are rewarding people who do not deserve to be.
When they list again the price would be miniscule; so does it make any difference to the losses already incurred. Any gain; even small rewards the participants in the Pager proposal.
So my feeling at this stage is to vote no and hope that Pager has spent a bundle scratching around Zambia without success.
By the way what is the track record for these new directors. Their resume does not reveal any success. I would have thought the success's would have been trumpeted
