Mal could not have told you a few days ago what was announced today.
Thus today PEN has announced they have now acquired the CPP site. "Acquired" - meaning to buy or obtain (an asset or object).
Builda is right or PEN has used incorrect terminology. However I will as usual satisfy myself of my belief PEN is the "Owner" of the land the CPP site sits on. It is logical for PEN to do so.
