    i did....at one stage i had 30+ employees............and most were great blokes... but i learned the ones who were the union line pedlars were also the ones who used to bludge on the job, or walk around all day doing nothing, gazing out windows , turning up late...

    the funny thing was.it was the other guys who never complained and worked largely on their own unsupervised who would come to me and ask to sack the guys who werent pulling their weight.

    There is a place for unions but these trades hall thugs arent interested in worker rights , theyre into raw power.
