The working poor can only but be stuck in that situation for generations. Working poor will not be able to afford to go to school, or if they can it will be some "holding institution" which is built only so as to keep kids off the streets and away from the master's property. I can see certain islands being cinvinced to open such "centres".
No education, no skill, no work of any significance for the oz companies. What happens? Foreigners take jobs, provide the skilled work force, take over oz companies. Final step, Oz a third world country.
