    Morning,

    For those who missed the announcement, TSO (Tishman Spreyer Office Fund) just sold their entire USA portfolio for 18% premium to NAV.

    TSO units up 77% today.

    I would expect something similar not too far away for us MIXers.

    18% premium would be close to 25c for us

    Possible short term action on Monday as buying by proxy should occur.
