    WA is a mystery. The government does its best to talk down PV but then things like this happen(OK, Canarvon was OK'd back in 2010 and cost $10/Wp which reflects panel price and extras for connecting to an isolated small grid.)

    Add to this the 10MW Geraldton solar project due for completion in a month or two (@ $6/Wp http://elementalpower.com.au/news/?tag=geraldton-solar-project)

    Add then the Moora 2MW by Energy Made Clean and WA is leading the nation in commercial / utility scale installations.

    SOO is trying to stay in contact with this market but competition is fierce.
