Your first post talks about a rail line at Ouesso to Sangmelima I think you said. Ouesso is the destination of the Posco proposed rail line I have spoken about quite a few times.I have said I believe if it goes ahead it will join up with the Mbalam rail line. This Sangmelima to Ouesso line will go through Mbalam.
Korpec and Chunsuk Engineering Company designed the rail plan and is South Korean as you said,Posco also South Korean.
The Trans National Highway that is planned comes down from the North and through between Mbalam and Ouesso.
