nice photos allright, a little bit of boosting for the investors,as per usual Ziggy and Co. they appear to have just augered through a small "patch" of gold and gold specimans, nothing unusual for Tobin Hill area, this find is along strike from my lease (in their main Tobin Hill anomaly). Well done, Eddy koopman, on the auger. The "dead dog" prospect I presume is named after the red heeler dog that got a bait on my lease while it's owner was illegally detecting there, a few years ago, he angrily buried it in marked "grave" about 800 metres north north north-west of my lease, (PL 38/3813)
My lease has produced considerable alluvial gold since 2001, and one rich patch/shoot of gold and gold speciman (I would guess, similar to the Koopmans Find thing) which I have followed down by hand mining with a shallow shaft.
Lots by gold thieving, metal detector operators have hit my lease area, and those photos by Gold Road will only bring along more of the gold stealing scum, they will now descend on the Tobin Hill area like crows at a road kill,I think...I have scattered lead shot all over my lease, so they'll have no joy detecting there.
I will soon drill a few holes under the main area, as I recieved a "Royalties for Regions" grant in December 2011 for RC drilling at Tobin Hill, for details look it up at the DMP website if you wish, I see Gold Road also got a grant at the same time as well, for their "Wild Night Hill" prospect.
I don't believe their "patch" is anything to get over excited about, unless they get a few drill intersections under it... then it could prove interesting. Otherwise, I guess it's may just be a "flash in the pan"
My own RAB drilling at Tobin Hill, I was able to pan some visible gold from 9 out of the 26 RAB holes I did there, but no really rich grades... however, I expect to eventually track the alluvial there to similar "patch" or rich chutes. hope this info gives you a better understanding
