    Ask Terry Smart from JB Hi Fi if property prices are his biggest concern. He will tell you that he is yin to get suppliers to take a hit and pass on reductions. JB recently started selling cameras through grey imports cause they could buy them cheaper in hong kong.

    The exchange rate would have a far far bigger impact on prices too.
