re: **bhp & rio be careful/hmmnn?? Its not Yuan which is cheap its labour cost. The people in the major cities work cheaply but in the country they
work for about 20% of that. Many city construction workers getted ripped off with less than agreed or no wages. Employers know there are plenty arriving from the villages every day to take their place.
