I have a nice little swag of PENOA's from previous purchasing and company CR issues.
I have another equity investment I intend to divest and use the cash to convert the PENOA's. My avg buy price is a lot lower than the current price. I could just sell them cash in and buy the heads but this has more advantages, and that was never my plan.
For me it really is a no brainer. PEN won't get excited by my conversion though as it is a drop in the ocean compared to what they may get should all be converted.
