    Imo it all depends on if they cover their recent Qtrly and presentation promises by the end of Feb Gefi espc that SIOC/cdt corporate deal and the associated cash.

    They MUST start holding to these promises.

    Market behaviour MIGHT suggest that we are soon to see something significant given the size of the buying on a rising sp.A little more desperation in the buying of late, espc today, with another 2c rise on falling volume relative to the last couple of trading days.
