1 Given JP invested heavily, i suspect they knew approval would have been given... 2 given the anti lynas sentiment by Fuzzy and her cronies, and given the fact that we have 10 months to provide a suitable plan for the disposal of waste i totally understand why Lynas isnt releasing information before it has to... 3 given the licence wont officially be franted until the $50m bond is paid for, i understand why Lynas hasnt paid it as yet and i suspect wont pay until the first shipment is locked, loaded and ready to ship...
all in all, i'm not concerned about the lack of information... i am however starting to get a little concerned with the price... i suspect given i purchased the shares for the long haul i should stop looking at these shares every 30 seconds... wouldnt be suprised if someone had a heart attack with LYC - if you were to read the autopsy report it would state "Killed by Lynas" lol
