Don't worry about the SP for the capital raising. With options in the money and $12M in option conversion proceeds coming in, no way mgmgt will do anything to jeopardize that. So a certainty that share price will be north of option exercise price.
Also very good news for IFE if done. One of the primary risks with this project is financing risk. So to the extent this CR de-risks the project, it will increase value.
