Once more, PDN has over-promised and under-delivered. And the market is reacting as you'd expect.
When oh WHEN will JB and the team learn that they should do that the other way around - UNDER-promise and OVER-deliver?
This is getting to be a very sick joke - just as PDN is dragging itself up off the floor price-wise, following Fukushima - this report is going to knock it down - again...!
