I think the general answer is the ASX can not enforce as they have nothing to threaten them with, given they are suspended.
It also most likely means that in order to get relisted they will need a full prospectus and must satisfy the listing rules as if they were a new listing, which includes a 20 cent issue, spread, activities, reports, etc.
The cost of that would be over $150,000.
Not looking good.
