EXT was at $7.50 shortly before the chinese made a bid for Kalahari minerals.
So the chinese are paying a 15% premium for Extract, at $8.65.
Now if management seeks to want a higher offer, I don't have any problems with that. But given that the majority control is with the chinese and they have the funding to make the project happen, management are going to have to make a deal.
