pixby/flatchat: Yes, I believe only us NOT Australian or NZ shareholders might (or as I suspect will) get short-changed on that conversion "pay-out" rate which will be beyond our control for sure.
IF/WHEN Mega will list, us overseas foreign holders can always opt to buy Mega directly on the Canadian stock exchange (or wherever else they will list).
All JIMHO, of course.
Still curious what SER's sp will be doing once trading will start without (or largely without) Uley... Time will tell as usual.
