Hi thyshift-you're right...all the arrows are pointing in the right direction...all the peices of the chess board are in place...now is the time for ink to paper.
It seems the timing of other techs has been flawless-hence signing of substantial contracts in China(albiet inferior tech's to ECT). Now is the time for the board to connect with key players in the same region to realise ECT's tech full potential.
Phase 1 DFT is key to the next move. In the meantime ppl are already joining the dots and showing interest.
