My research leads me to believe the Tender process is well underway.
AP are not, in my view, deciding whether a Parcel Locker rollout will happen or not, but who will be the successful provider.
Surveys are to fine tune the process not determine proof of concept.
I think you will need to wait until the end of Q2 for the AP announcement to be made.
Until then, display a little patience, no amount of forum diatribe can alter the outcome.
