Adventurine, do know the story of Troy? If not here goes.
Troy is an area in Turkey where the Trojan Wars took place. The city of Troy withstood siege after siege so a cunning plan was launched. Numerous soldiers hid in a huge wooden horse that was built and then 'gifted' to the Trojans. The Trojans delighted that their attackers had gone and left them with this great trophy dragged the massive wooden horse into their city. At night the soldiers clambered out of the horse and wrecked havoc in and on the city of Troy while its citizens slept. That's an over - simplification but you'll get the drift.
Now turn that scenario into an investment situation suffice to say that a White Knight and a Trojan Horse are very different beasts. We don't want the latter.
