We have the fortunate situation where we have one of the best lawyers in the country advising and we just need the ducks to line up. All things are being put in place.
The company cannot successfully sue Strange Investments however the loss to Strange Investments atm is real due to the non compliance of the IP license and the sell off of equipment,sacking of staff etc. The longer it drags on the more the company and directors can potentially lose.

All very time consuming but hopefully the result for shareholders will be worth it.

Shouldn't be much longer now
