    It seems like the Mozambique government is signing memorandums of understanding (MOU) for coal exploration in Tete, and other provinces, with just about everybody these days, this time it is Japan and Nippon Steel, and other companies.

    Little wonder we have not heard anything from Cokal on this front, after their own MOU announcements way back in July 2011.
