Hi opeth.

The African countries are said to be very corrupt.
Do you honestly think they will worry if China or the like give them huge amounts of money or build projects for them.
Once they have the money or the projects are built for free,what have the countries got to lose by letting some other party take over projects.They will not lose sleep over changing their minds.

The next company or country comes in and promises or gives them more money and builds new projects for free.
