Smart, I know where you are coming from and for many years I believed the same, but after being in to Range since late 2004, I have seen and learnt differently.
The seller for 2.5 million at 19 cent is there for a purpose and when I follow AIM in the evenings, I have seen many occasions, where the share price is trying to go for a run after some spicy announcements (Puntland spud, 450% increase in Trinidad etc), only to be cut down within an hour of starting this run.
There is a lot of stock required for the RGRYY listing on the OTCQX.
I am thinking at least 35% of our total shares, which will be slowly but surely fed to the US market.
Who's got these shares to sell? That accumulating has been happening for a while now and now all they have to do is make sure the Yanks are not missing out when they start buying. No good, if the share price already has galloped away, before they can participate. After that the brakes are off.
This off course is IMHO.
By the way, I value your contributions in general, but disagree on this one.
