Yes you could look to re drill the lateral at 13H, but I'm not sure the inside of the wellbore is set up correctly to accept an Anadarko type completion, you would most likely be looking at the same completion method that had failed at both 13H and 20H !! :( :(
Looking at it further the R-35 well is located in section 035-01S-06E, the GASRS 18 well was in section 018-01S-10W, the Exxon corp 10 was in section 010-01S-05W.
To me the play looks like it will now only cover either 01S and 02S locations in Vernon and Rapides county and 02S & 03S in Avoyelles. not very large area north to south :( :(
