Okay, you wait for the dead people to turn up in court and demand millions of dollars for the remaining abandoned huts so that you can buy ATV at 2.9c. I'm sure there is a chance of that happening. I've got a similar scheme going - hoping that a hurricane emerges in the Pilbara so that i can buy BHP at $14.40.
In the meantime, the rest of us will get rich.
