    Todays announcement of progress in signing a Letter of Intent to merge Australian diversified renewables company CBD with struggling American solar PV company WestinghouseSolar sees one of our competitor's shift their focus to the much larger markets 'out there'.

    Also, it is a sad comment on the inability of the Australian Federal and State governments to formulate any convincing, coherent renewables strategy for this country.

    (remember that it is a 50-50 chance that the American flat-earthers will get in in the USA in November and then they will kill of co-ordinated action there. Seems that CBD prefers that tiger there to the unreliable governor here)
