What TheDhon mentions appears to be old news with nothing to presently substantiate. Does raise the spectre of who exactly are associated with the new board members (where less than 7% declared gets two board members on a four man board???) and whether anything 'friendly' has come from them.
Should still be explained by the company, as the reference in the quarterly still flies as a kite, but the so-called valuation was not really believed by the market given it was highly nebulous and based on questionable assumptions.
Until some real evidence emerges, what TheDhon rightly says was 'sudden buying' remains as a rush of blood and the shareprice rightly quietened down. Until someone actually turns on the flow the company remains boring.
