    not true. I am one of the founders of Vianet and still have a big interest in comdek. The purchase price was right on the mark. DFT has been after Vianet for sometime and it is a very good outcome for DFT and comdek. It hould also ensure comdek can see its way through the financial issues it has been experiencing.
