This Penson connection with Roth is interesting perhaps perplexing.
We know Penson has been Distributing/selling since Jan 30th.
Has this been to cap the Roth price at 48?
It certainly shows [doesn't it?] that the Rother isn't accumulating by getting this latest stake IF they first sold off their previous holding?

So is it two or more Penson clients involved?

Looked at an updated as of 31st Jan Top 20 shareholders.No recognisable names but I haven't compared it to the Annual Report one so must get around to that.

Thing is one only has to hold 1.2 million shares to be PEK Top 20 so surely the GMP November Placement got some of them into the Top 20?
[for those who have lost the plot-It's assumed that Penson brokers for this November Placement and are recently advised by henry that Penson brokers for Roth]
