    "The Trading Halt is requested pending by the Company making an announcement regarding the Four Mile Joint Venture. Alliance seeks a Trading Halt to last until commencement of trade on Tuesday, 21 February 2012. Alliance will make a further announcement prior to the open of trading on Tuesday, 21 February 2012 updating the status in this regard."
