Well I took an uncharacteristically large (for me, I'm not rich) holding in MAQ below $8 a few months ago.
The buy sell spread has transformed completely from where it was a few months ago.
Thankyou everyone that posted in that range and especially malmanu because I don't think I would have gotten in otherwise. I find such low liquidity absolutely paralyses me with indecision and I've never traded a stock like this before (with such large gaps between orders, and low liquidity). I'm used to low liquidity in micro-caps but i usually only take speculative small small holdings in them.
Part of me thinks, snap some up now, the other part, is as usual paralysed because its so impossible to decide what to do and 1 big owner can just change the picture completely.
Anyway, the main feeling is optimism now as we have a good company doing the right things and now, thankfully, a small margin of safety if we need to get out for whatever reason.
