like it or not the big boys run the "game", that aint gonna change in my life time or yours
best hope for us is that PEK makes us all big boys then we become SI and companies come to us with CRs etc etc, thats when you can take the high moral ground and say no thanks I dont want a discount to the market price, better still I dont want a slice of the action at all, better that you go to the holders and do a rights issues, fully renounceable and at 50% discount
good luck with that approach
it is what is and we are at the table playing with the big boys on this one
dont sweat what we cant alter, its a good deal for a great prospect
