great update (big fan of their newsletters) & great to hear the registration statement has at last been filed. While i'm not one of those that was anxiously awaiting the NASDAQ listing & envisioning a "rocket" to be placed under the company as a result I do acknowledge that it is/was an important step along the companies path forward.
The market action over the past few days has also been indication of acknowledgement but still remains trapped by its black crow the HIGH volume & significant decline in share price on the back of DNDN (04/08/2011) - that was always going to be the toughest point to move past looking into the future & one that required alot of volume to get there. It really needs to move above 25c for me to overly convinced in a trend change but it is getting close, today broke back & closed within the real body of the candle so wether it continues on with the anticipation of imminent NASDAQ or just trades within that range i guess we will soon see. Only other thing i wonder is how many that took part in the placement where unwilling to sell at a signifcant loss as the decline happened very soon after completion & over a very short time period & have just been sitting frustrated waiting to exit back at purchase price ? soon see i guess but even though 25c is cleaning up of the 4/8/11 candle past 28c might be the real point to punch up from.
