yes, SLR recently did a placement and the shares traded higher after the trading halt than before. why? the placement was done at a PREMIUM to the prevailing SP. SLR are the only company that i've held that have managed to pull this off. they're very canny operators.
i would be (pleasantly) surprised if NST did the same but, somehow, i doubt it ...
