Kirin I think kiwi has made it clear that the lack in sp movement shows there is not much change in situation for nkp. And his explanation on other thread re cap raising and sp manipulation by insiders yesterday made probable sense to me.
Sure the awarding shows the DMr are pro nkwe. But then again the mining rights had nothing to do with the doubts over prospecting rights which remain the issue at hand. As far as the DMr are concerned nkwe hold prospecting rights. The mining right just show the community, environ, financial etc aspects of the mine are in hand however demonstration of financial capacity must be conditional upon suitable Jv as there is none yet?I don't think arm really care how long or costly any litigation is. They just want the dirt.......and I don't think any share holders would be happy with whatever arm agree to out of court. Crash or boom who knows. I wouldn't try interpreting the current mood of this manipulative mob. No way....
