Neither side with a comprehensive plan for BCN to move forward
(old board pro-crastinating, investment in CSD that should have been cashed in a long time ago - weird plans of going "Safari" and some "sudden" action on own tenements, but too little too late)
Yet a potential pile of cash coming in
Begs the question - will SH profit form any of this or which party would bleed the company dry first ????
