State Agency for Geology to issue licenses for subsoil development upon creation of legal framework
Bishkek (AKIpress) - The State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources will begin issuing licenses for subsoil development upon creation of the legal framework, Agency Director Uchkunbek Tashbaev told reporters today.
The Agency plans to submit the respective bills to the Parliament for consideration by March 1, he said. He added this issue is supervised by the Ministry of Economy and Anti-Monopoly Agency. “Policy is separated from regulation system in Kyrgyzstan,” he said.
