Re: NZX CPL - Convertible Redeemable Shares
NZX Limited ("NZX") advises that it has redeemed 135,083 NZX restricted
shares pursuant to the terms of the Nominee Agreement between NZX Limited and
Country-Wide Publications Limited.
Following this redemption, the total number of NZX restricted shares on issue
under the Nominee Agreement between NZX Limited and Country-Wide Publications
Limited will be 135,084.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue will not change as a result
of this redemption; the number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains at
120,836,530.
