    I think this is part of the problem

    It's fair to say that the chairman has shown his strategy of identifying resources and then selling them off before mining even starts

    Potential investors are very mindful of this. Perhaps the view is "Why assume risk and tie up capital only to be taken out at 13 or 14c?"
