What in your opinion is driving this solid bullishness with PRR. I know the TA guys love to point out that a chart indicated this and that and volume is increasing ect ect which indicates a break out ect ect and I love to see all this information but at the same time, something is behind this move, something is driving the action by investors/traders, its not just simply the charts talking and doing all the work. I like to cross the TA over with the fundamentals, so do you have an opinion on what may fundamentally be driving this strong momentum.
