If you look at her "personal details" you will see that she has only $18K equity in a 1 bedroom unit and a $45K HECS debt. She is already in negative equity overall.
She has about $381 per week left over for food, clothing, transport etc. On her blog she is already planning a holiday to Mexico in April.
