Mr. Nicholas Mather, Nick, B.Sc. (Hons, Geol) (Univ. QLD), MAusIMM serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of DGR Global Limited. He has 26 years experience in exploration, project generation and resource company management. His career has taken him to a variety of countries exploring for precious and base metals and fossil fuels. He has focused his attention on the identification and investment in large resource exploration projects. He has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for more than 25 years. In that time he has been instrumental in the delivery of major resource projects that have delivered significant gains to shareholders. As an Investor, securing projects and financiers, leading exploration campaigns and managing emerging resource companies. He serves as an Executive Chairman of Samuel Capital Limited. Mr. Mather serves as the Chairman of Armour Energy Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of Navaho Gold Limited. He served as the Chairman of Waratah Coal Inc. until December 2008.
