Well I was only quoting from the release Aman posted prior to him then retracting it as an old 2011 release. I did actually wonder at the time though why the press provided a much more in-depth view than the offical announcement.

I guess the question then is WHY ? would Xstrata pass of such a "significant" piece of property for $11M or 15% of the company ? ? ? without a claw-back option. Seems a very small consideration for a resource = to AVB's current holding.

Anyway that is all just watching with interest.
