Hi all. I've been watching this one from the sidelines for a bit - pretty decent business they've got going on here in my opinion.
Having done my due diligence on the company I have two questions that I would highly appreciate receiving some answers to. Thanks in advance!
1. Has the company explained why the profit guidance didn't change after they acquired the other half of CIA?
2. Is the performance rights plan still capped at $10.26M worth of shares per annum for 3yrs (for a total pool of $30.8M worth of shares over 3yrs), or has there been more information released on this matter since the EGM of June last year? For example: If, hypothetically, AZG booked a NPAT of $20M in FY14, would the total payout to executive management still be $10.26M worth of shares, or is it expected that the performance plan will be scaled up over time (for the increased profit)?
Cheers.
