Guys quit the thumbs up, Vintage did post the email on HC for us to see.
The email stated (clearly to me) two ways of obtaining the Form 8. The second method was what eventuated.
Now to get the PTM we only need to provide the bond to WDEQ and wait for the 8 week public review period after the WDEQ receive the bond.
FYI, no public comments were received for the DDW Permit nor the Air Quality Permit. And if there is a public comment, it needs to be worthy of consideration to stop the draft permit becoming the Final Permit.
